Festival’s & long weekends are charged at peak season rates.

◦ There is a minimum night booking requirement of 

   2 nights stay in mid & high season  & 5 nights in peak season

Terms of Booking

Conditions of Rental for Blue Dolphin Guest Apartment

•A deposit is required to secure bookings. 

•The Balance of payment is required no later than upon arrival. We regret that we cannot accept cheque or credit card payments but you are welcome to settle the balance by direct transfer prior to your arrival or pay the balance in cash on arrival.

•Please note that should Guest's misplace the apartment keys and the remote control for the entrance gate that Guest's will be liable for costs of replacing lost items and resetting of other property remotes.

•The accommodation is not serviced during your stay but cleaning materials are provided for during your stay

•A cleaning surcharge of up to R250.00 will be charged should guests not leave the apartment in a reasonable condition or if check out happens later than the arranged time.

•Deposits will be non-refundable for non-arrival or upon cancellation, unless another booking is found for the same period.

•Guests shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair and condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.

•The Owner/s shall not be liable to the guest or third parties for any accident, damage, loss, injury expense or inconvenience, which may be suffered, incurred, arise out of or in any way connected with the rental. 

•If Blue Dolphin Guest Apartment becomes unavailable or unusable for some reason, beyond our control, prior to the date of a booking, then the Owner’s ' obligation will be to (1) use their best endeavour to find a suitable alternative property, or failing which (2) to reimburse the guest for all monies paid. 

•The Owner’s shall be allowed the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance. 

•Rentals commence, unless otherwise notified, from 14h00 pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10h00 am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged. 

•No pets are permitted at Blue Dolphin Guest Apartment

•The number of persons occupying the flat must not exceed the maximum number stipulated on the confirmation.   

•Indecent behaviour that might cause discomfort, disrespect and embarrassment to neighbours will not be tolerated. The Owner’s reserve the right to address Guests and/or their visitors regarding such behaviour and may ask for immediate vacation and departure, with no refunds.

•If you have any cause for dissatisfaction PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY.
